MedHound is a project of Tech Serving Society, a 501(c)(3) organization headquartered in the Greater Pittsburgh (PA) area.

Tech Serving Society’s mission is “providing public benefit through usable technology interfaces, easing access to information and services available through government agencies and for-profit and other nonprofit non-governmental organizations, with a special focus on underserved communities” to be accomplished by “designing, implementing, and facilitating the use of, and access to, technology in various aspects and potentially through the provision of various services.”
